A product sold on Amazon or another marketplace still has a life after the box is opened. The marketplace owns the checkout relationship. The brand still owns the physical product — and can put a Smart QR™ on it that opens its Product Experience. Explore the audience page: Post-Purchase Experience for Amazon and Marketplace Sellers. See also the post-purchase platform.
That is allowed only inside that marketplace’s rules, privacy requirements, and the customer’s consent. Rules are not the same on every marketplace, and they change. MyQRGuide does not collect marketplace account identities. Support and warranty on the Mini Site are the brand’s own flows, not a scrape of the marketplace account, and not an automatic listing tool.

Amazon is named here because many sellers use it — not because MyQRGuide is endorsed by Amazon, and not because these links cover every storefront. Links were checked on 18 September 2026. Read the current page for your selling account and country before you print a code or message a buyer.
- Amazon Selling policies and Seller Code of Conduct (includes buyer-communication and sales-process rules)
- Amazon Privacy Notice
If you sell on a different marketplace, use that marketplace’s own seller code of conduct and privacy policy. Do not copy Amazon’s rules onto another platform.
What you can offer after a marketplace sale
- Guides and support on the product’s own page
- Warranty registration the customer chooses to submit to you (included on Free)
- Product Intelligence from scans and that page — not from the marketplace’s buyer list
What you should not claim
- Do not promise that a QR bypasses marketplace messaging policies.
- Do not promise you will always know who bought the unit on Amazon.
- If the customer never scans, you may have no post-purchase signal at all.
- A public Mini Site is not a ranking or AI-citation guarantee.
