A post-purchase customer experience platform is software that stays useful after someone already bought the product or booked the service. It is not a checkout tool, and it is not a QR generator that only opens a PDF.
MyQRGuide is built for that job. Explore the category page: Post-Purchase Customer Experience Platform. One Smart QR™ can open a branded Product Experience: Smart Guides, AI and human support, warranty registration, loyalty, marketing, and Product Intelligence. The same pattern can apply to a boxed product or a physical service location.
What happens after the sale
- The customer scans the Smart QR™ on the product, packaging, or location.
- The scan opens that item’s Product Experience — not a generic homepage.
- They follow a Smart Guide, watch a clip, or ask a question on that page.
- If the brand offers it, they register warranty on the same experience. On MyQRGuide, warranty registration is included on Free.
- The brand can later review scans, which guides were opened, and which questions were asked on that Mini Site. MyQRGuide does not receive the marketplace’s buyer list.
This is the intended path. It is not a measured conversion rate, and it is not a promise that every customer will complete every step.
How this differs from a helpdesk, a tracker, or a QR generator
A helpdesk starts when the customer has already found a ticket form or an inbox. A Product Experience starts at the product: the scan is the first step, and a ticket is only needed if the page cannot help.
A shipment tracker answers “where is the box?” It does not explain how to assemble, maintain, or book what arrived.
A QR generator encodes a destination. That can be enough if you only need one stable URL that you already maintain. It is not the same as running guides, support, and warranty behind the code. Side-by-side detail lives on QR generator vs post-purchase platform — this essay does not copy that table.
Printed paper cannot be corrected after the box ships; a digital Smart Guide can.
Who does not need a full platform
Skip a full Product Experience if you only need to open one page you already keep up to date, and the customer does not need setup help, product-specific support, or warranty registration after they arrive. A generator plus that URL may be enough.
Choose a platform when the scan should still be useful weeks later: how to use the item, how to get support for that model, how to register warranty, or how to book the location.
Who it is for
Brands and manufacturers that ship products, and service businesses that want a scan at the location to explain hours, bookings, and support. Audience pages: manufacturers, marketplace sellers, service businesses.
Plan names, limits, and prices are listed only on Pricing.
